I always wished we could have had more in-depth and fun classes about building character during elementary to high school. Sometimes, character is required more than personality and the actual artistic, vocational, or technical skills required for the job we do. In fact, life-management/ soft skills such as team membership, sportsmanship, patience, and active listening can help us to be more successful in work, relationships, or life!
